Inside the Lulu Island (Vancouver) transmitter site, March 1951. 73 As above, but from another angle.  By the date of this photo, March 1953, Vancouver Radio was the main coast station providing high seas low, medium and high frequency radio communications.  The transmitters would be remotely controlled from the operations building some miles away.
